By signing up, placing an order, or using our App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully.

- Usage Information: We collect information about your interactions with our App, such as pages visited, items viewed, and actions taken.
- Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access our App, including device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
- Location Information: With your consent, we may collect and use your device's location information to enhance our services, such as providing location-based recommendations and ensuring timely deliveries.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process and fulfill your orders.
- To communicate with you about your orders, deliveries, returns, and customer support inquiries.
- To personalize your experience and provide tailored recommendations.
- To improve our App, services, and customer experience.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud or security issues.

3. How & to whom, We Share Your Information
- Vendors and Delivery personnel: We may share your information with third-party service providers, vendors, and delivery personnel who assist us in operating our App, processing payments, delivering products, and providing customer support.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information to comply with legal obligations, such as responding to lawful requests from public authorities.
4. Your Choices
- Account Information: You can update or delete your account information by accessing your account settings in the App.
- Marketing Communications: You can opt out of receiving marketing communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in the emails we send or by contacting us directly.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, inherent limitations cannot be avoided.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
7. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our App. Your continued use of our App after agreeing to such changes will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
9. Delivery, return and refund
The order products will be delivered within 2 days from the date of order, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays. The return of the product must be done within 2 days from the date of delivery in case of non-satisfaction. Beyond that, returns will not be accepted. The refund will be initiated once the vendor receives the products and shall be transferred within 5 working days.
10.Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

11.Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at rk.kadivar@gmail.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.
By using our App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by its terms.

અમે તમારીמידી ને અનઅધિકૃત ઍક્સેસ, ખુલાસો, ફેરફાર અને વિનાશથી સુરક્ષિત કરવા માટે તમામ બનતા પ્રયત્નો અને સાધનોનો ઉપયોગ કરીએ છીએ. જો કે સહજ મર્યાદાઓને અવગણી શકાય નહિ.
6. માહિતીની જાળવણી
અમે તમારીמידી ને જે તે જણાવેલ હેતુઓ પૂર્ણ કરવા માટે જાળવી રાખીએ છીએ જે આ ગોપનીયતા નીતિમાં રજુ કરવામાં આવ્યા છે, કાનૂની ફરજિયાતતાઓનું પાલન કરવા, વિવાદોને ઉકેલવા અને અમારાં કરાર અમલમાં રાખવા માટે.
7. બાળકોની ગોપનીયતા
અમારી એપ્લિકેશન 13 વર્ષની ઉંમરથી નાના બાળકોના ઉપયોગ માટે નિર્દેશિત નથી. અમે જાણ્યા વિના 13 વર્ષની ઉંમરથી નાના બાળકો પાસેથી વ્યક્તિગત માહિતી એકત્રિત કરતા નથી. જો અમને જાણ થાય કે અમે 13 વર્ષની ઉંમરથી નાના બાળકો પાસેથી વ્યક્તિગત માહિતી એકત્રિત કરી છે, તો અમે એવીמידી ને દૂર કરવા માટે સચોટ પગલાં લઈશું.
8. આ ગોપનીયતા નીતિમાં ફેરફારો
અમે સમયાંતરે આ ગોપનીયતા નીતિમાં જરૂરી મુજબના ફેરફાર કરી શકીએ છીએ. જે અંગે અમારી એપ્લિકેશન પર પોસ્ટ કરીને તમને કોઇપણ મહત્વપૂર્ણ ફેરફારો વિશે સૂચના આપીશું. આવા ફેરફારોને સ્વીકાર્યા પછી અમારી એપ્લિકેશનનો સતત ઉપયોગ તમારી સંમતિ અને ફેરફાર કરેલી ગોપનીયતા નીતિની સ્વીકૃતિ માનવામાં આવશે.
9. ડિલિવરી, વસ્તુ-પરત અને રિફંડ
ઓર્ડર કરેલી વસ્તુઓ ઓર્ડરની તારીખથી 2 દિવસમાં પહોંચાડવામાં આવશે, શનિવાર, રવિવાર અને જાહેર રજાઓ સિવાય. વસ્તુ પરત ના કિસ્સામાં ડિલિવરીના તારીખથી 2 દિવસની અંદર વસ્તુ રિટર્ન કરવાની રહેશે ત્યાર બાદ પરત સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે નહિ. રીફંડની પ્રક્રિયા દુકાનદાર ને વસ્તુઓ પ્રાપ્ત થયા પછી શરૂ થશે અને 5 દિવસની અંદર રિફંડ કરવામાં આવશે.
10. તૃતીય પક્ષ ઉપલબ્ધતા
કેટલાક સમયાંતરે, સેવા આપનાર એપ્લિકેશન અને તેમની સેવા સુધારવા માટે બાહ્ય સેવાઓને એકત્રિત અને અજ્ઞાત (અનોનિમાઇઝ્ડ) માહિતી મોકલવા નું કામ કરે છે. સેવા આપનાર તમારી માહિતી ત્રીજા પક્ષ સાથે શેર કરી શકે છે જેમ કે આ ગોપનીયતા નિવેદનમાં વર્ણવેલા માર્ગો દ્વારા.

સેવા આપનાર વપરાશકર્તા દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલી માહિતી એટલાં સમય માટે જાળવી રાખશે જેટલા સમય સુધી તમે એપ્લિકેશનનો ઉપયોગ કરો છો અને તે પછી યોગ્ય સમયગાળા માટે. જો તમે સેવા આપનાર ને તમારા દ્વારા એપ્લિકેશન મારફતે આપેલ વપરાશકર્તા દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલી માહિતી ડિલીટ કરવા માગો છો, તો કૃપા કરીને rk.kadivar@gmail.com પર સંપર્ક કરો અને તે યોગ્ય સમયગાળા માં તેનો પ્રતિસાદ આપશે.
